Building human rights communities in education: a New Zealand initiative

This resource gives an overview of the aims and purpose of HRiE as a unique NZ venture, striving to make things easier not harder for schools and centres. The fact that HRiE is not simply another programme, but provides a whole school framework to incorporate and bring cohesion to what schools already do is elaborated on. The document further outlines how joining HRiE can help schools and our expectations of schools as partners in the Initiative. (Part of the HRiE School Resource Kit)
